This CSV is your product list only — prices, quantities, categories. It won't restore your shop if this device is lost. For a full account backup, use Settings → Backup & restore instead.
Full export with name, brand, size, category, quantity, prices, margin, barcode, and location. Import directly into Shopify, WooCommerce, Jumia, or open in Excel / Google Sheets.
Bring in an existing stock list, or re-import a CSV exported from here. Only a “Name” column is required — Brand, Category, Qty, Price, Cost Price, Location, and Barcode are picked up automatically if present. A row that matches an existing product adds to its quantity instead of duplicating it.
Sends a quick summary (total items, stock value, low stock count) with the CSV attached — ideal for sharing with a supplier or business partner.
Generates a formatted price list grouped by category — copy and paste it into a WhatsApp broadcast, status, or group. Only items with a selling price are included.
