RunShelf

Refund & Returns Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026. This is a starting draft, not a substitute for legal review — have it reviewed before relying on it at scale.

RunShelf is a platform that shop owners use to sell their own products directly to their own customers. This means two separate things can need a refund, and they work differently.

1. Refunds for something you bought from a shop

Each shop on RunShelf sets its own return and refund terms for the products it sells — RunShelf isn't the seller and doesn't take payment on the shop's behalf (payment goes directly through that shop's connected Paystack or Flutterwave account). If you have a problem with an order, contact the shop directly using the details on their storefront or order confirmation. If a shop is unresponsive, you can reach us at support@runshelf.coand we'll help escalate, but the refund decision and payment rest with the shop.

2. Refunds for your RunShelf subscription

If you're a shop owner on a paid RunShelf plan, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@runshelf.cowithin 7 days of the charge and we'll review it.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can downgrade or cancel your RunShelf plan at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current period.
